Quartermaine is hiring both full-time and part-time Baristas at our location in Bethesda: 4817 Bethesda Avenue. Opening, closing, morning, and afternoon shifts are available during the week and weekends.
Specific shifts include:
5:30 am - 1:30 pm,
6:00 am - 2:30 pm
7:00 am - 3:30 pm
1:30 pm - 6:30 pm
2:30 pm - 7:00 pm
Compensation
Barista positions start at $15.00+ per hour, commensurate with experience.
Requirements
Applicants must be at least 16 years old and must have reliable transportation to work. Our location has access to the Metro Red Line. Candidates must be available on weekends and a minimum of two other days during the week. Applicants must be able to work flexible hours during the week, on weekends, and on holidays, if needed. Applicants must have experience working with food, beverages, and a register POS system. New employees must commit to working for one year (Quartermaine does not offer summer jobs).
