We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cafe Allrounder to join our team.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while supporting the daily operations of our cafe. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and food service, with an emphasis on teamwork and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including bussing tables and cleaning surfaces.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking supplies and monitoring product freshness.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth café operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a café or restaurant setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations.
- Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and able to lift 50lbs as required for necessary job functions.

Pay: $21.99 - $26.48 per hour
