Real Raw Organics is a locally owned and operated business in OCMD that's specializes in raw, organic kombucha. The company was started 9 years ago to bring a fresh kombucha option to our community. Today we have grown into a fully operational health conscious café with a fresh food menu, apothecary section, natural grocery section, and a biodynamic wine/beer section. We hope to continue to play a major role in the growth of OCMD’s clean eatery dining options for years and years to come! Come be apart of the change with us!
Responsibilities:
- Operate the cash register and Square POS system
- Handle customer transactions, including taking orders, processing payments, and providing change
- Prepare food menu items according to established recipes and high quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the work area
- Maintain a clean storefront and outdoor dining area
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or inquiries
-Restock shelves and maintain inventory
-Staying up to date in health food industry knowledge and trends
Experience:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or retail environment is preferred
- Familiarity with basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
-Interest and knowledge in cooking is preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team

-Ability to multitask with an overall positive demeanor
