Duties
- Design and decorate cakes according to customer orders and specifications, ensuring artistic presentation.
- Prepare various cake batters, icings, and fillings while adhering to recipes and food safety standards.
- Utilize culinary skills to create unique cake designs using techniques such as piping, fondant work, and airbrushing.
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill large orders or special events, ensuring timely completion.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the decorating area, including proper storage of tools and ingredients.
- Package finished cakes for delivery or display while ensuring they are presented attractively.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cake decorating or a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong culinary skills with knowledge of food handling practices.
- Proficiency in using kitchen tools such as knives and pastry bags for decoration.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.

- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or holidays.
