**Job Overview** We are seeking a friendly and energetic Cake Decorator to join our team. As a cake decorator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience at our café. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, are passionate about food and customer service, and are able to multitask with ease. **Duties** - Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner - Maintain a clean and sanitary environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations - Operate a point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash transactions accurately - Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and concerns - Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed - Maintain knowledge of our menu and promotions to effectively upsell and make recommendations to customers - Collaborate with other crew members to achieve team goals and maintain a positive work environment - Perform other tasks as required by management **Skills** - Strong knowledge of food safety and handling procedures - - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service - Familiarity with café operations and menu items - Excellent communication and sales skills - Ability to lift, bend, and move quickly to meet customer needs - Sanitation and cleanliness standards - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
