Are you energetic, customer-focused, and passionate about delivering top-tier service? Long-Lewis Calera is seeking a Quick Lane Advisor to serve as the essential link between our customers and service technicians. In this dynamic role, you will:
Greet and assist customers with maintenance and light repair needs
Clearly communicate recommended services and repair timelines
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service
Provide updates to customers and ensure a positive service experience
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, repair orders, and service recommendations
Promote additional services based on vehicle needs and manufacturer guidelines
Support a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on efficiency and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Previous experience in automotive service, customer service, or a related field preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Energetic, professional, and customer-first attitude
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair terminology (training available)
Proficiency with computers and point-of-sale systems
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
