Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in both Spanish and English. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service or call center environments, with a preference for those who have experience in medical collections. This is a contract position requiring strict adherence to attendance and punctuality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional bilingual customer service via phone and/or digital communication channels
- Assist customers with inquiries, payment issues, and account resolutions
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
- Learn and retain a large volume of information related to services, systems, and policies
- Ensure compliance with all company procedures and privacy regulations
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (fluency in both languages is required)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role
- Experience in medical collections is strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong ability to learn, retain, and apply complex information
- Must have reliable personal transportation (public transit is not an option)
- Perfect attendance and punctuality are required during the contract period
