Your primary responsibilities will include handling incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for every caller. Duties
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, billing, technical support, or complaints
- Resolve issues quickly and efficiently, escalating when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our system
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues effectively.
- Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and promotions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any further concerns.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred but not required.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
- Sales experience is beneficial for upselling products or services when appropriate.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes and systems.
