Duties
- Handle a high volume of inbound and/or outbound calls in a timely and professional manner
- Listen actively to customer needs and concerns and provide accurate information or solutions
- Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through processes
- Update customer records and document all interactions in the CRM system
- Follow up with customers as necessary to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain knowledge of products, services, and company policies to assist customers effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
Skills
- Proven experience in a call center environment or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
- Proficient in data entry with the ability to type accurately while conversing with customers.
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills in a dynamic environment.
