What You’ll Do:
- Lead with impact: Hire, train, and coach a sales team to vet and qualify hot leads and schedule appointments to reach the highest level of success
- Drive results: Set and manage sales goals, track team performance, and implement effective strategies to exceed targets.
- Sharpen skills: improve and deliver training programs to enhance sales techniques and improve customer communication.
- Build relationships: Build an environment that helps customers feel understood, supported, and confident in their decisions with the teams expert consultative approach.
What We’re Looking For:
- Must have previous experience managing outbound/inbound phone sales teams. Within Construction industry PREFFERED!
- Bilingual speaking English/Spanish a PLUS!
- A proven record of exceeding goals in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Confident, clear, and persuasive with a consultative selling style that builds trust and overcomes objections.
- A natural motivator who thrives on helping others succeed.
