Join our team of Scheduling Coordinators! Start your career path with Eco where you will be empowered to directly impact the Company’s success from day one and every day thereafter. As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will communicate with customers, constantly flowing information as quickly and accurately as possible to support our dispatchers and set our technicians up for success.
Our goal as a department is to roll with the punches to win every day!

Tues - Sat, 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Mon - Fri, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Provide 5-star customer service every day. After all, without helping people, we do not exist
- Accurately enter client information and convert incoming calls into booked opportunities
- Take pride in the quality of work you create
- Communicate with our clients via electronic formats, live chat, portals, and email
- Manage client satisfaction with happy calls, cards and responding to reviews
- Be a part of a team where you are empowered to share ideas to improve processes and the customer experience.
- Take ownership of each client's satisfaction from start to finish
- Have a great attitude and be willing to learn and grow every day
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
