Duties

- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Implement effective sales strategies to achieve store targets and maximize profitability.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to ensure product availability.
- Conduct regular audits of cash handling procedures and maintain accurate bookkeeping practices.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, inventory status, and employee productivity.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns that drive traffic to the store.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures while fostering a safe working environment.
