Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Canvassers. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with the community through door-to-door outreach and telemarketing efforts. Your primary goal will be to promote our initiatives, gather valuable feedback, and support fundraising efforts. Duties
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing to engage with community members and promote our initiatives.
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach out to potential supporters and gather information.
- Communicate effectively with diverse audiences, ensuring clarity and understanding of our mission.
- Assist in fundraising efforts by sharing information about upcoming events and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and feedback from community members.
- Collaborate with team members to strategize outreach efforts and improve engagement techniques.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and concerns from the public.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, canvassing, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with various audiences.
- Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as this will enhance outreach efforts in diverse communities.
- Experience in electioneering or fundraising is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while also being a supportive team member.
- Willingness to travel within designated areas for door-to-door canvassing activities.

Pay: $17.00 - $35.00 per hour
