JOB SUMMARY: The CVI Tech at Sinai Hospital is responsible for procedural support to physicians in the Cardiac Cath Lab. These technical duties include all procedures performed in the Cath Lab; invasive cardiac diagnostic, interventional cardiac, diagnostic vascular, interventional vascular, electrophysiology and structural heart. Responsible for advanced technical assistance to other technologists and RN staff.
***This position will support the Electrophysiology Lab - No call requirement.***
REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of an accredited school of Cardiovascular Technology or Radiology Technology
- Registered Cardiovascular Technologist or Registered Radiologic Technologist
- American Heart Association BLS & ACLS
- One to three (1-3) years of experience preferred
- Microsoft Office Suite; Basic computer skills; Cerner; Synquest; Standard Office Equipment; Medical terminology; Critical thinking skills; Medical equipment
