At Aspiring Care we are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by offering personalized care. Your responsibilities will include providing companionship, assisting with personal care, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to clients, ensuring their dignity and respect at all times.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Monitor clients' health and well-being, reporting any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Support clients with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary.
• Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by following proper hygiene and safety protocols.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality at all times.
• Document care provided and any significant observations in accordance with company policies.

Requirements

• Previous experience in caregiving or home care is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of memory care techniques is a plus.
• CPR certification is highly desirable.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed for client mobility assistance.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping others.
• Understanding of patient monitoring practices and long-term care principles.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed.
• A commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
