Responsibilities:
- Provide Companionship
- Assist in Activities of Daily Living
- Medication Administration including insulin injection
- Community Integration
- Safety
- Transportation (based on client)
- Experience with older adults experiencing dementia
- Knowledge of diabetes and administering insulin
- High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate
- Access to reliable transportation
- 18 years of age and older
