Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance. Duties
- Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance.
- Monitor and document patient health status, including vital signs and behavioral changes.
- Assist clients with mobility and daily activities, ensuring their safety at all times.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
- Implement care plans tailored to individual needs, including those with dementia or developmental disabilities.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality and privacy.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to provide comprehensive care.
Experience
- Previous experience in caregiving or social work is preferred but not required
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is advantageous.
- Ability to lift over 25lbs safely
- Strong observational skills to identify changes in client conditions or behaviors.
