About the Role:
As a Caregiver/Home Care Aide, you will provide personalized support for our clients in Orange County, CA. Our proactive approach to home care focuses on prevention, early intervention, and continuous monitoring to help clients lead healthier, happier, and more independent lives. We are a physician-founded home care agency, redefining the standard of care through evidence-based care pathways, a technology-forward approach, and exceptional communication.
What You'll Do:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
- Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support
- Help with mobility and transfers, including the use of assistive devices
- Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up
- Maintain accurate care documentation and report changes to healthcare professionals
- Provide transportation for clients to appointments and errands as needed
- Work closely with the Care Coordinator on shift scheduling
Minimum Qualifications:
- 18 years or older
- Home Care Aide Certification (Required)
- Experience in Care, Direct Support, Assisted Living, etc.
- Reliable transportation & ability to run client errands
- Valid Driver's License & Proof of Insurance
- Basic mobile skills for communication, scheduling, and reporting
- Physical ability to lift, hold, or assist clients in basic bodily motion
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience fulfilling care plans
- Experience reporting tasks per insurer requirements
- Exceptional communication skills & emotional intelligence
- Understanding of basic medical concepts and ailments
