Position Overview:
Care For Business is our enterprise solution that helps companies provide care benefits to their employees. Care For Business supports organizations in the private and public sectors. This solution helps employers attract and retain talent as well as increase efficiency and reduce absenteeism.
- Care.com is seeking a Caregiver Recruiter to source, vet, and hire childcare providers to support the Care for Business unit.
- You will be responsible for the candidate's very first (and sometimes only) touch point. The ability and desire to engage, communicate, and assess an individual, as well as positively impact the candidate experience is critical.
- You will be responsible for sourcing and vetting candidates to extend employment offers to childcare providers.
- Identify and determine sourcing avenues to identify candidates, lead a candidate pipeline with a focus to increase speed to hire, and transition successful hires smoothly into onboarding. Possessing a strong sense of execution, being results-oriented, and a growth mindset will be instrumental in this role.
What You'll Do:
- Closely track candidate pipeline and drive optimizations to ensure conversion to hire, speed to hire, and overall successful high-volume recruiting of childcare providers
- Screen candidate applications, schedule and conduct interviews along with reference checks to verify candidate accuracy and qualifications for the position
- Determine, implement, and optimize sourcing efforts to drive “top of funnel” applicants. Source candidates using a variety of current tools and resources; research new and innovative methods to engage job seekers
- Drive improvements as related to the caregiver sign-up and candidate process and experience – reducing/consolidating steps
- Extend offers, track submission of required documentation, create detailed care provider profiles and manage candidates through to new hire onboarding
- Work closely with the Caregiver Engagement Team to ensure smooth candidate handoff following the hiring process
- Provide an outstanding experience for every candidate, regardless of the outcome, and unwavering support and advocacy for existing care providers within the hiring process
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- 3 years of high-volume full lifecycle recruiting / staffing agency/ professional sales (preferred)
- Proficiency with an ATS such as Greenhouse, Fountain, Bullhorn, etc. (preferred)
- Ability to balance solid attention to detail with swift execution and results
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong social skills and ability to communicate effectively in-person, over phone, video, and email
- Organized and process-oriented, with an ability to manage and track multiple projects to hit hiring goals
- Ability to work independently, prioritize changing workloads, exercise good judgment, and be resourceful
- Passion for quality childcare and supporting families and/or experience with children and child development
- Strong digital literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000
The base salary range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the national salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Care.com’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and short- and long-term incentives. In addition, Care.com provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life, and disability insurance, a generous 401K employer matching program, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
