Adapt of Illinois, a social services organization, is seeking motivated individuals to join our psychiatric rehabilitative program in Belleville, IL. This is your chance to provide quality recovery-based and case management services to adults diagnosed with severe mental illness living independently in the community.

What We're Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (human services-related field preferred) and 2 years’ supervised experience in a mental health setting.
- Skills: Strong computer, writing, and time management skills.
- Commitment: Ability to work five 8-hour days per week and provide on-call coverage for one week every three months.
- Passion: A strong desire to help individuals with mental illness recover lost skills and reduce stigma.
- Reliability: Access to an insured and reliable personal vehicle.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive Pay: Starting hourly pay of $24.00 - $25.24, commensurate with experience.
