About the Agency
De Novo Services is a small (but growing) Tacoma-based social services agency that provides supportive employment and support housing services to at-risk members of the community. As we grow, we are looking for a compassionate and experienced Case Manager Supervisor to lead and support our team of six case managers and help drive our mission forward. We’re seeking a grounded and empathetic leader who is committed to equity, open to feedback, and ready to grow with us. Position Overview
The Case Manager Supervisor plays a key leadership role in our organization. This individual will directly supervise a dispersed team of case managers, offering consistent support, guidance, and accountability to ensure high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate is collaborative, adaptable, and committed to both client success and staff development.
This shall be a primarily remote/WFH position, with occasion in-person presence required (likely once a week). We are accepting clients all throughout the Puget Sound.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day supervision, mentorship, and support to a team of 6 case managers working across the Puget Sound.
- Monitor and ensure performance metrics, client outcomes, and reporting requirements are consistently met.
- Troubleshoot and resolve concerns from both case managers and clients in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with behind-the-scenes operational and administrative tasks to ensure case managers can focus on direct client work.
- Participate in community engagement events and represent the organization in collaborative settings as needed.
- Conduct regular virtual check-ins and occasional in-person meetings or site visits to support staff and program quality.
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Director and other leadership staff to identify program improvements and staff development opportunities.
- Foster a team culture centered on accountability, empathy, and continuous learning.
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of supportive employment experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of supportive housing experience.
- Prior experience supervising a team of direct service staff.
- Proven ability to resolve conflicts and manage complex interpersonal dynamics.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
- Willingness to travel throughout the Puget Sound region as needed.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, human services, or a related field.
- Experience with remote supervision and managing staff across multiple sites.
- Knowledge of local housing and service systems in Washington State.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $78,000.00 - $83,000.00 per year
