- Supervisors oversee services provided to individuals in their own homes and communities, who need assistance reaching their goals and are involved with the department of child services.
- Supervisors ensure that staff deliver services in a caring and respectful manner, in accordance with relevant Agency policies and industry standards.
- Review approve the document provide feedback,.
- Complete field observation of assigned staff at least quarterly.
- Facilitate group supervision for staff.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years’ of experience providing supervision for child welfare families.
- Must have shared life experience and are familiar with the community
- Supervisors must meet the requirements of case manager as stated in case manager job posting.
- Master’s degree in a related field from an accredited university must have at least 2 years of full-time employment experience
providing direct casework services to children & families that includes providing services to families that need assistance in the protection and
care of their children
