As a Cashier, you’ll be the face of our brand, playing a key role in creating positive customer interactions and keeping daily operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities of a Cashier:
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and offer prompt assistance as a Cashier.
- Accurately scan and process purchases using POS systems.
- Handle cash, credit, mobile, and other forms of payment with precision and professionalism.
- Ensure every transaction is completed smoothly and securely as a trusted Cashier.
- Maintain an organized and welcoming checkout area.
- Issue receipts, exchanges, or refunds in accordance with company policy.
- Balance the cash register at the beginning and end of each shift as a responsible Cashier.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries or escalate concerns when necessary.
- Support restocking or merchandising efforts during downtime.
- Uphold all company policies, including safety and cleanliness standards.
What We’re Looking For in a Cashier:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous Cashier or retail experience is a plus but not required, we’ll train the right candidate!
- Strong attention to detail with excellent basic math skills.
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic, customer-facing role.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as a Cashier.
