About the Role

In this role, you’ll do more than process transactions — you’ll be a key part of creating a positive, helpful experience for every guest who walks through the door.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a warm, energetic attitude
- Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout or self-checkout area
- Assist customers with questions and help them locate products
- Monitor activity around your station and report concerns as needed
- Collaborate with your team to ensure smooth front-end operations
