Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cashier/Stocker to join our retail team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while efficiently managing transactions at the point of sale and ensuring that products are well-stocked and displayed, and filling the cooler. Your ability to engage with customers, handle cash accurately, and maintain a clean shopping environment will contribute significantly to our store's success.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Provide product demonstrations and engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure products are properly displayed for optimal sales.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking items as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness in the checkout area and throughout the store.
- Answer customer inquiries with professionalism and provide information about products and promotions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.

- Be able to bring kegs out to customers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with effective phone etiquette.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Experience with cash handling procedures is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Supervisory experience is a nice-to-have but not required.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role.
