About the Role:
We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused person to join our team! This position involves helping customers at the front counter, processing orders, and learning how to pin garments for alterations (no experience needed — we’ll teach you!).
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with a smile
- Make them feel part of family
- Check in clothing items and tag orders accurately
- Handle payments and manage the register
- Learn and perform basic fabric pinning for alterations
- Communicate clearly with seamstress and production team
- Keep front area tidy and organized
- Inspect and bag garments after cleaning

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
