We are a Greek/Mediterranean restaurant looking for a responsible and friendly person to join our team as a Cashier/Customer Service member!
What we are looking for
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
- Basic technical sales knowledge to assist customers with product information
