Your Mission
As a Cashier / Sales Associate, you’ll be the first face and final impression for every guest who walks through our doors. Your role is to deliver world-class customer service, guide guests through our experience packages, and help them get the most out of their visit — all while ensuring smooth transactions and maximizing sales through confident upselling.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet every guest promptly and enthusiastically with a smile
- Explain tactical experience packages clearly and compellingly
- Upsell upgrades, add-ons, and memberships based on guest interests
- Handle point-of-sale transactions with accuracy and professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of front counter and lobby area
- Provide quick answers or direct guests to appropriate staff as needed
- Foster a welcoming environment that makes guests feel excited and valued
- Support team members during high-volume periods and special events
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, confident, and outgoing personality
- Strong communication skills — able to engage and educate guests
- Sales-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Comfortable working weekends and holidays (one hire will be for weekdays, one will include evenings and both will include weekends potentially)
- Previous customer service or cashier experience preferred
- Interest in tactical, military, or immersive entertainment a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
