The Tradesmen Group LLC (TTG) is seeking commercial caulkers (PCCs) for long-term employment for local projects.

We self-perform multiple trades, including all aspects of historic masonry restoration, roofing, architectural metals, carpentry, painting, and more! An employee-owned company. Job Details:
- PCC (Pointer, Caulker, Cleaner): Work experience as a PCC on stone, brick, terra cotta, and pre-cast masonry, including caulking with single component and multi-component sealant, tuckpointing, and cleaning of masonry including historic masonry is required
- Foremen: Experience leading a small crew of workers on restoration projects offers an opportunity to serve in a foreman role
- Historic restoration experience preferred
- Other onsite duties may be required as well, including erection/dismantling of scaffold, cleanup or general labor work in conjunction with job operations
- Minimum five years experience in masonry as PCC
- OSHA 10 hr certificate is required
- Must be able to pass a background check
