Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Instructor to join our training. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to testing candidates. This role requires an individual who is enthusiastic about teaching and can engage students effectively, ensuring they understand the source material and testing requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and meet the diverse needs of students.
- Facilitate engaging classroom discussions and activities that promote critical thinking and active participation.
- Assess student progress, quizzes, and projects, providing constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
- Maintain a positive classroom environment that encourages respect, inclusivity, and collaboration among students.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with Industry and government regulations.
Experience
- must be currently CCO certified in TSS (fixed) and TLL (swing), LAT (lattice) a plus.
- Previous teaching or instructional experience is a desired but not mandatory; enthusiasm for teaching is essential.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage students effectively.
- Have a strong grasp of CCO testing load charts

Pay: $30.00 per hour
