Position Summary:
Prince Michel Winery is seeking dedicated and hardworking Cellar Workers to join our production team! This position plays a key role in supporting wine production operations and maintaining a safe, efficient, and professional cellar and warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize tanks, barrels, equipment and workspaces.
- Perform racking, filtration, bottling, and punch-downs.
- Assist in or perform the accurate fulfillment of wholesale orders each week.
- Support harvest operations, including grape processing and sorting.
- Assist winemakers with special projects as needed.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Requirements:
- Ability to take direction and execute all tasks with care and proficiency.
- Must be dependable and reliable.
- Willing to perform physical labor, including heavy lifting and standing for long periods.
- Comfortable working in variable temperatures and environments.
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be team-oriented and have a professional attitude.
