Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients, particularly seniors and those with disabilities. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a crucial role in assisting with daily living activities, ensuring a clean and safe environment, and providing companionship.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personal care services including bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance.
- Provide catheter care and support for clients with medical needs.
- Assist clients with mobility and transfers to ensure their safety and comfort.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of client care.
- Support clients with dementia care by offering companionship and engaging activities.
- Help with meal preparation and nutritional support tailored to individual dietary needs.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean living environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals regarding client progress and needs.
- Provide assistance with medication reminders as directed by healthcare providers.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in home care, senior care, or assisted living environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of patient care techniques, including catheter care and dementia support.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding client information and medical records.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed.
- Certification as a Home Health Aide or similar qualification is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidates.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
