Wings Wellness is a therapeutic massage and post-surgical wellness practice dedicated to helping clients heal, restore, and thrive through specialized massage services and holistic care.
We seek a skilled, compassionate, and professional Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. Training, certification and experience in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is required. Responsibilities
- Perform manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) techniques customized to client needs
- Perform a variety of massage techniques, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, tailored to meet individual client needs.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care, recovery timelines, and wellness recommendations
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records
- Provide a professional, supportive, and relaxing experience in a clean, welcoming environment
- Follow all sanitation, hygiene, and health safety protocols
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans based on client goals and conditions.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and preferences before, during, and after sessions.
- Stay informed about anatomy knowledge, physiology, and medical terminology to enhance treatment effectiveness.
- Document client sessions accurately in accordance with company policies and maintain confidentiality.
Experience
- Valid Massage Therapy License in Massachusetts (Required)
- Certification / training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Vodder preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of professional massage therapy experience preferred
- Current professional liability insurance (Required)
- Strong passion for health and wellness
- Knowledge of pain management techniques and patient service skills are essential.
- Experience in a med spa environment is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on customer service are necessary for building rapport with clients.

Pay: From $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 30 per week
