Responsibilities
Responsibilities for Certified Medical Assistant (CMA):
- Provide routine clinical tasks
- Perform routine blood drawing procedures
- Take and document vital signs, height and weight, assist with PPDs and EKGs
- Assist with examinations and/or treatments
- Assist with patient hygiene, ambulation and dressing changes
Qualifications
Qualifications for Certified Medical Assistant (CMA):
- FLORIDA or National Certification is required for Certified Medical Assistants.
- Must have a high school diploma or GED certificate
- A valid CPR card
- Office Lab Assistant License (For Nevada only.)
