Northwestern CT YMCA in Torrington is seeking enthusiastic and certified Pilates instructors to join our team. As a Pilates instructor you will lead group classes, provide personalized instruction, and promote a healthy lifestyle among our members.
Qualifications:
- Certified Pilates instructor through a recognized Pilates certification program.
- Previous teaching experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging private paid Pilates classes for various skill levels.
- Provide modifications and adjustments to meet individual needs.
- Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all participants.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Pilates techniques and trends.
- Collaborate with the fitness team to promote programs and events.
This is a part-time position - 2 classes per week
