Job Summary
Reporting to the Sterile Processing Manager and/or Supervisor, the Certified Sterile Processing Technician is responsible for the processing and maintenance of supplies, instruments and equipment through cleaning, packaging, sterilization and storage procedures for the hospital; responsible for supplies to the OR, and Endoscopy via the case cart system, instrument trays, etc., to the floors as needed; must be able to work with little or no supervision.

- Completion of 400 hours of Central Sterile Processing on the job training (externship) or 6 months of current Sterile Processing experience
