The Team Member delivers over the top guest experience while working in a variety of roles within the restaurant.
Whether they are acting as the "Grill Guru", the "Fry Fanatic", or "Guest Service Specialist", they are focused on hot, fresh, flavorful food, and creating happy guests
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Accurately and efficiently service and bag items for customers at our drive thru's
- Process customer payments using cash, credit cards, or mobile payment methods
- Maintain a clean and organized area
- Assist customers with any inquiries or concerns regarding products, prices, or promotions
- Follow all food safety guidelines and ensure proper handling of perishable items
- Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service
- Assist with food preparation and service as needed
- Use Aloha POS system to process orders and transactions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of basic math skills for cash handling and calculating totals
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices
- Understanding of restaurant operations and procedures is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
