Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management and food production, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to food safety and quality. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious dishes, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Duties
- Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory control and food handling procedures.
- Manage food production schedules to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the catering team to design menus for special events and functions.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment through effective leadership.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and functioning efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food handling.
- Experience in restaurant management, including inventory management and staff supervision.
- Excellent culinary skills with creativity in menu planning and presentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Knowledge of bartending is a plus but not required.

Pay: $12.30 - $20.55 per hour
