Must have formal culinary education and minimum 6 years full service restaurant experience.
Experience in developing menus for restaurant and for seated banquets.
Requires expertise in working the line and managing dining room staff both casual and with fine dining service.
Demonstrable expertise at sauces, sauté, grilled meats, dealing with fish.
