Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute high-quality dishes in your section of the kitchen, ensuring all food meets our high standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in your section of the kitchen, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Ensure proper stock rotation and manage your section’s inventory.
- Maintain a positive and efficient kitchen environment, working well with team members.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role in a fine dining or French restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of French cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A passion for food and a drive to deliver the highest quality dishes.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Culinary qualification preferred but not essential.
