Responsibilities

- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment in compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during meal periods.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff in food handling techniques and culinary skills.
- Monitor food production processes to ensure consistency and quality in all dishes.
- Assist in the development of new recipes and menu items that enhance the dining experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef in a fine dining or high-volume restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of food handling, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead kitchen staff.
- Proficiency in inventory management practices to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
