- Take guests’ food orders and accept cash/ credit payments, operate POS system, uphold cash handling procedures and accountability for all transactions.
- Answer customers questions
- Prepare guests food/ order according to company standards.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations while storing, preparing, and serving food.
- Cleans, sanitizes, and maintains all assigned work areas, equipment, and utensils to ensure sanitation standards are met.
- Accept payment and accurately provide change.
- Other tasks as assigned by management.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass pre-employment (post offer) background check.
- Have the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Open availability and flexible schedule for demanding hours.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- An upbeat and friendly attitude
- Trustworthy and reliable
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Able to handle working in a fast-paced environment
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Able to bend and kneel through shift; able to lift up to 25 pounds or more
