As a Drive-Thru Team Member, you will get to work both indoor and outdoor using our Chick-fil-A iPad technology to take guests orders and deliver their food promptly and accurately. Job Responsibilities
- Greet Guests with a warm welcome
- Assist Guests with questions about the menu
- Enter order accurately in iPad and clarify order details
- Repeat order with meal name to ensure order accuracy
- Relay order total to guest
- Receive payment
- Give guest clear direction to the next stop of their journey
- Drive-Thru Team Members will also assist Front of House Team Members as needed
