Adventures Learning Center is now hiring for Lead Teacher for our preschool classroom and our Toddler Classroom at our Kentwood location.

Responsibilities
Engaging with children ages 6 weeks to 12 years in developmentally appropriate play-based learning activities. Establishing and maintaining positive child, family and staff relationships while ensuring the highest quality of childcare. Ideal candidates will have availability Monday-Friday.
Qualifications and Skills
Ideal candidates will be dependable, flexible, motivated, and fun!
-Experience working with young children in a professional setting
-Be willing to become CPR and First Aid certified
-Be willing to submit to a background check
-Be able to lift at least 50 lbs
-Complete a tuberculosis test
-MUST have a high school diploma or GED
-Be Lead Teacher qualified based on Michigan State Licensing requirements (i.e. have or in process of obtaining CDA, OR a minimum of 6 semester hours of early childhood related courses with a minimum of 2,880 experience hours)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
