Job Summary
Abba's House is seeking caring and reliable Childcare Leaders to join our Kids Ministry team. This part-time role is perfect for someone who loves working with children, is responsible, and has a strong foundation in their Christian faith.
Schedule:
- Sundays: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
- Wednesdays: 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM
- Additional hours for special events as needed
Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment for children
- Lead age-appropriate activities and assist with lessons
- Supervise and engage children during services and events
- Communicate effectively with parents and ministry leaders
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Enjoys working with children and has a natural ability to connect with them
- Demonstrates responsibility, patience, and a positive attitude
- Has a personal foundation of Christian faith
- Willing to complete a background check
