We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Tutor to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working with students of various ages. As a Tutor, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive learning environment, utilizing effective classroom management techniques, and implementing engaging curriculum development strategies tailored to meet the individual needs of each student.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one and group tutoring sessions to students in various subjects.
- Develop and implement personalized learning plans that align with curriculum standards.
- Utilize learning technology and educational resources to enhance the tutoring experience.
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods as necessary to ensure understanding and retention of material.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and educators to discuss progress and address any concerns.
- Foster a supportive and encouraging classroom atmosphere that promotes student engagement and motivation.
- Assist in classroom management to maintain an organized and productive learning environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field preferred; experience in early childhood education is highly desirable.
- Proven experience working with children in an educational setting, particularly preschool or elementary levels.
- Strong skills in curriculum development and the ability to adapt materials for diverse learners.
- Proficient in using learning technology tools to facilitate instruction.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with students effectively.

- After school
- Day shift
