Child & Adolescent Mental Health Clinician
Join a team that believes in the power of play and connection.
We’re a small, supportive private practice passionate about helping children, teens, and families heal and grow. We're looking for a licensed or masters level mental health clinician who feels called to work with young clients in a meaningful and developmentally attuned way.
You’ll be working alongside experienced Registered Play Therapists (RPT/RPT-S) who value collaboration, creativity, and authenticity. Whether you’re already trained in play therapy or just beginning your journey, we’ll walk alongside you. We offer financial support and guidance to help you earn your play therapy credential.
What You'll Do:
- Provide individual and family therapy to children and adolescents, using developmentally appropriate and trauma-informed approaches.
- Complete all necessary paperwork in a timely manner
- Work closely with caregivers, and other providers when needed.
- Participate in supervision, consultation, and team meetings with a focus on growth and connection.
- Receive mentoring and support toward earning your RPT credential (including paid APT-approved trainings).
What We're Looking For:
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, or related field.
- Licensed, LMHC, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent (Preferred not required)
- A heart for working with kids and teens—and a belief in their capacity to thrive.
- Interest in or experience with play therapy or expressive modalities.
Why Join Us:
- Warm, relational team culture where you’re seen and supported.
- Flexibility to grow your ideal caseload at your pace.
- Paid continuing education and clinical supervision toward your RPT.
- Opportunities to shape programs and grow with the practice.
If you’re looking for a place where your passion for helping young people is valued—and where play is seen as powerful—we’d love to meet you.
