Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Childcare Assistant Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and creating a safe, nurturing environment for them to learn and grow.
Responsibilities:
- Implement age-appropriate activities to engage and educate children
- Provide basic care and supervision for children in a daycare setting
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment
- Monitor children's behavior and intervene when necessary using behavior management techniques
- Collaborate with parents to ensure the well-being of each child
- Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure the welfare of the children
Experience:
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting is a plus
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles
- Familiarity with infant care, toddler care, and childhood development
- Ability to manage a classroom effectively
- Possession of First Aid/CPR certification
- Child Development Certificate (CDC)
