My Gym Children’s Fitness Center is a 600+ locations strong international corporation offering the BEST recreational fitness and gymnastics programs and blowout birthday parties for children ages 4 months to 10 years of age. Job Description:
Are you sick of a typical 9-5? Do you want your shifts to fly by because you're having fun? Then My Gym is the place for you! We are currently hiring a children’s fitness instructor where you will teach children around our big blue circle. You will also be responsible for helping families manage their accounts, meet monthly sales goals, and provide warm customer service.
Position Requirements:
- Ability to work 20+ hours per week, including weekends
- Highly energetic
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- Experience working with children
- Background/Passion for fitness (athletics, sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, martial arts, or related field)
- Effective leadership and motivational skills
- Effective time management
- Adept sales skills
- Clean background check
Compensation:
Starts at $19.00-$20.00 per hour and a raise of $0.25-$1.00/per hour after 90 day probationary period
