A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CHIROPRACTIC ASSISTANT
In this position, you are essential to the operations of our clinic. Your priority is to handle the logistics of patient interaction and care. This includes hands on patient interaction, clinic tours giving new patients engaging patients in upcoming clinic events, collecting payments, filing, confirming appointments, in-office rehab explanation, verifying health benefits and learning/implementing our patient process systems.
Always attentive to detail, you manage each patient account with skill. Highly organized, you manage our patients’ electronic files on our software as you scan and input paperwork. Occasionally, you help with our weekend marketing events or midweek lunch and learns. You love working with our patients and take pride in the part you play in the success of our clinic.

QUALIFICATIONS
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Customer service skills
· Good phone etiquette
· A genuine concern for his or her own health
· Previous knowledge of chiropractic care is NOT required
Ideal candidates must be punctual and reliable, have excellent communication skills, be highly organized and attentive to detail, and be mission-driven.
WORK SCHEDULE
This position is full-time and works different hours each day. In a typical week, here are the hours:
Monday: 7:30 am-12pm, 1:00 pm-6:30pm
Tuesday: 9:00am-2:30pm
Wednesday: 7:30am-12pm, 1:00pm-6:30pm
Thursday: 1:00pm- 6:30 pm
Friday: 7:30am-12pm
Sat: Every other Saturday 8:30am-10:30am
Occasionally some evenings, typically Tuesdays, will be required for in office workshops. 1-2 per quarter.
